Ellenware Ceramics aims for all our customers to have a positive buying experience.
All images of items for sale depict the actual item being sold. Items sold are unique and handmade and whilst items may appear similar they will not be identical.
Glazes have an element of surprise as they depend on so many factors. The range of glazing effects add to the overall asthetics of the finished pieces. If you would like to know more about a piece you are interested in, please contact me.
Shipping Policy
What You Need to Know
All items will be shipped using the Royal Mail tracked and signed for service.
Postage and packaging costs are added during the check out process.

Please message me directly for orders beyond the United Kingdom, as additional shipping charges will apply.

Returns and Refunds
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations if you are not wholly satisfied with the item(s) purchased.

Contact me within 14 days of delivery to notify me that you are returning your order.
​
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
​
You can request to cancel a purchase within 48 hours for a full refund.
​
Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition a full refund will not be honoured.

Refunds:
Refunds for items that are returned in their original conditions will be made in full, less 50% of the shipping costs.
